Automatic Steel Pipe Chamfering Machine Equipment Composition
1. Electronic control system
The operation of the automatic pipe chamfering machine system is controlled by PLC, and the walking beam adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to control the stepping speed.
The main control cabinet includes PLC, frequency converter and relay control system, and an operation console is convenient for operation.
2. Mechanical system
The mechanical system is mainly composed of a tool feed system, a steel pipe flat head support and a clamping system, a cutter head spindle power head and a drive motor system, a walking beam branch and a step transfer system, and a fixed fork positioning system.
Clamping system: The clamping tile adopts an asymmetrical design, the lower clamping tile is designed at 10 degrees, which can ensure that the steel pipe enters the flat position accurately, and the upper clamping tile is designed at 60 degrees, which is more conducive to clamping.
Stepping system: The stepping system adopts counterweight design and double gear box structure. Frequency conversion speed regulation realizes fast stepping and adapts to various pipe flat head speed requirements.
Automatic Steel Pipe Chamfering Machine Process Flow
The branch system dials in the steel pipe and automatically enters the pipe slot.
After the automatic left push, step into the right cutterhead again, and the right automatically clamps, feeds, retracts, unclamps, and then steps.
After the automatic push to the right, step into the left cutter head again, the left automatically clamps, feeds, retracts, loosens, and then steps again, and the outlet pipe enters the packaging.
During automatic continuous operation, actions such as flattening, clamping, feeding, retracting, and unclamping are simultaneously performed on the left and right sides.
