The Plate Bearing Test device is calibrated upon delivery and ready for immediate use.
It consists of the following components:
Electronic measuring device AX® 01a for recording measured values and evaluating the plate load test
- with built-in mini-printer for protocol printout
- with built-in SD card slot for saving the measurement data
- electronic box with NiMH rechargeable battery (fast charging)
- rain-protected and robust design, easy operation
- electron. force transducer 100kN
- inductive displacement transducer (15mm stroke) with electronic amplifier
- measuring bridge with extendable measuring arm and adjustable hemispherical feet
- incl. displacement sensor brackets 250mm and 500mm length
- hydraulic battery pump with integrated LiIon-battery
- pressure cylinder (700bar, 100kN) and 1.8m high pressure hose
