Omschrijving
The ultrasonic processor is ideal for sonication, homogenization, cell disruption and nanoparticle dispersion of samples. The Microplate Horn 431 MPD probe is a large, 6″ diameter horn. An entire microtiter plate or several microtubes can be sonicated at one time. A liquid media, such as water or glycol, is used to transmit the ultrasonic energy from the horn’s surface to the sample. A rack of tubes or a standard 96-well microplate can be easily processed.
